How to change the salutation sent for emails generated via the NetMaster PSM Printer facility using $PSEMAIL?

Issue/Introduction

As of release 11.6, when using the $PSEMAIL option for sending a print from PSM to an email address the salutation of the emails states "Yours," followed by the user name identified with the USERID making the request. Is there a way to change this salutation?

 

Resolution

On your NetMaster region, go to /CAS (CAS: Maintenance Menu)
Select option MS (Messages)
Then do a locate on PS8804.
Select message PS8804 with a U to update
This is where the $PSEMAIL salutation can be modified.
