Getting insufficient access authority when trying to execute the PCOMPARE utility?

Resolution

To avoid receiving insufficient access authority messages, the PCOMPARE function has to run in read-only mode.
Apply the special fix $CSF001. The fix is available in your installation PANLIB member SPECIALMVS.
