Issue/Introduction
After upgrading to CAPM 3.0, when you go to the dcdebug page http://<da>:8581/dcdebug/searchdebug.jsp it produces an HTTP ERROR 404:

Problem accessing /dcdebug/searchdebug.jsp. Reason:

Cause
This was a change made during the development if CAPM 3.0
Resolution
The following URL will only work for CAPM r2.8 and older.
http://<DAhostname>:8581/dcdebug/searchdebug.jsp
Here is the new URL that should be used for CAPM 3.0
