Issue/Introduction

Description:

You Might recieve this error when you are trying to login to Service Desk. Error: The attempted operation violates Service Desk security and was aborted.

Solution:

This would happen if you have created a new access type and not have Admin 'view' access on the function access tab.
Please set View access to the admin constraint in function access tab to successfully login to CMDB Visualizer.
