Issue/Introduction

Description:

When submitting tickets through the maileater, error AHD58045 is seen.

Solution:

Maileater is producing this error: AHD58045: Because of security restrictions, you are not allowed to complete this operation. Ask your security administrator for access. Cannot continue processing!

To solve this problem, ensure that all email addresses are valid and there are no duplicates. Specifically, check the following:

  1. Check that the email address in the contact record matches the sender's email address.

  2. Check that all contacts have unique email addresses, i.e. that no two contacts have the same email.

  3. Check your inactive contacts for any such problems as well.
