S0C1 abend in DBXRCIN if not running Z/13 Processor

Issue/Introduction

After applying Repository solution RO89161, the copybook import facility may abend with a S0C1.

The following message is received

IBM0531S ONCODE=8091  Operation exception                   

From entry point GET_LEVEL at statement 4963 at compile unit

+00000386 at entry offset +00000386 at address 2826D62E.

Cause

This only occurs if you are not using a z/13 Processor. 

If you are running a z/13 Processor the job will complete successfully.

Resolution

Apply solution TR94091
