Issue/Introduction

After upgrading 2E the following error can appear in the joblog:

Vendor YY50001 Product W2R Release 81 is not licensed.
Product not correctly authorised
Function check. YYY9995 unmonitored by YMSGDTAD4I at statement 2867
Run-unit ended at 2867 in YMSGDTAD4I

 

 

Environment

CA 2E 8.7 and higher

Cause

The error message in being sent because the 2E process thinks that the user wants to use Web Option and yet Web Option is not authorised.

Resolution

If you are not a user of Web Option you need to perform the following step to resolve the problem.

YEDTDTAARA DTAARA(YW2ELIBRFA)

in your model and change the value to *NONE.

If you are a user of Web Option you need a valid authorization code. Please raise an issue online with Broadcom Support.
