Issue/Introduction

Description:

If you are getting the "queue [queue/audit] not configured" error on the ReportAgent you will need to create the TIBCO queues on the Enterprise Manager Server.

Solution:

On the Windows host with CA Access Control r12 Enterprise Manager installed:

Go to Start > Programs > TIBCO > TIBCO EMS 4.4.1 > Start EMS Administration Tool.

This will open a command prompt. Run the 'connect' command to connect to the local server. You will need to enter the user (default is admin), and the TIBCO password configured during install.

Once connected, run the 'show queues' command. If no queues are setup you will need to use the command 'create queue queue/audit' to create the missing queues.
