Issue/Introduction
Return Code of 08 when trying to restore a member from a backup tape? It is reported in the output ***** DATA SET CAN NOT BE REPLACED *****
Resolution
The member is in TEST status and the library member is in PRODUCTION status. The library member must be renamed or deleted before
a member of the same name can be restored or replaced from the protection file.
