How do I check the access permissions to BSRM shared folder for use with Web Reporter?

Description:

To avoid an internal operation error returned by the Add AS method, check whether or not the user has access permissions to the BSRM shared folder.

Solution:

To check access permissions to BSRM shared folder:

1. Navigate to the BrightStor SRM data folder in the CA SRM machine.
2. Check whether the new user has read and write permissions to BSRM shared folder.

Note: Ensure you grant access for the new user to BrightStor SRM Data folder access in SRM Application Server machine.
