640311ESA03.ESD is still available under Support Online to download. Both the single component and the EZTR..00200-6.4-0311.zip contain the same ESD file, so the CAESDR utility is still needed as part of the download procedure.

Since you are downloading the ESD file, then please click on the link for "Traditional Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Guide". Please do not click on the "Pax Enhanced Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) Guide".
