Issue/Introduction

The error "AHD04691: WSP-Mainted tablezxxxxx has no columns" occurs when a mistake was made when the table was created.

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager - All versions.

Resolution

  1. Run 
    pdm_extract wsptbl > tbl.dat
  2. Open the file in a Text Editor and Delete all rows except for the column headings and the table / row in question (everything EXCEPT for zxxxxx).

  3. Run 
     pdm_load -r -f tbl.dat
  4. Navigate to your site\mods and site\mods\magic directory and find the altercol and altertbl.

  5. Remove the reference to zxxxxx.
