Description:
When you are working on the Infoview and leave the session idle for more than 20 minutes, the system returns the Your Web Intelligence session has timed out. Log out and log in again to Infoview error message. Perform the following steps to resolve the Infoview WEBI session timeout error.

Solution:
To resolve the Infoview WEBI Session Timeout
- Open the BusinessObject designer console.
- Click File, Import. The Import Universe dialog opens.
- Select the universe to be imported and click OK. The universe is imported.

- Click Tools, Connection. The Wizard Connection dialog opens.
- Click SRM_ODBC connection.

- Click Edit and proceed further till you get the Advanced Parameters dialog.

- Increase the timeout in number of minutes as per your requirements.
- Click Next and proceed further till you click Finish.
- Click File, Export. The Export Universe dialog opens.
- Select the universe to be exported and click OK. The universe is exported with the above changes made.
