Executing EZTCOM with NEWFUNC=N in the options table not getting compatibility compiler.

Issue/Introduction

When executing PGM=EZTCOM, with NEWFUNC = N, reports shows 

        EASYTRIEVE PLUS 11.6 SP0

and not "EASYTRIEVE PLUS 11.6-C  SP0" as expected.

Easytrieve Report Generator, release 11.6

Resolution

When executing EZT or EZTCOM, this will engage strictly true release 11.6 modules.

EZTPA00 contains the logic to determine whether the release 6.4 or release 11.6 compiler is called based on the NEWFUNC option.

Executing EZT or EZTCOM instead of executing EZTPA00 is only a hard-coded Easytrieve release 11.6 job. It takes NEWFUNC out of the picture.
