Does Service Desk support the bulk loading of knowledge documents? What file formats are supported?

Knowledge documents can be imported (bulk loaded) using the pdm_kit utility, described in Appendix D of the Administrator Guide. The pdm_kit utility supports KBI, KPF and TXT (user-defined text file) file formats.
IMPORTANT: Do not use homegrown utilities, INSERT statements, etc. or any other non-supported method to import knowledge documents as these are likely to render your knowledgebase inconsistent.
