Description

Issuing command F CCITCPGW,DISCONNECT,sysid results in message: CAS9899I: COMMAND NOT RECOGNIZED

Solution:

When issuing this type of modify command, ensure that the command itself (in this example, DISCONNECT) does not exceed 8 characters. If it is, please shorten to 8 character or use the abbreviated command. The CA Common Services Administrator Guide will provide the abbrevated keyword. In this example, the command can be issued as follows:

F CCITCPGW,DISCON,sysid 
F CCITCPGW,DISCONNE,sysid
