WebAgent 00-0002 BadUrlChar error while accessing a URL which has space (%20) when webagent is enabled.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

If the url has %20 (encoded value for space) then webagent reports 00-0002 error (illegal characters in url).

Solution:

This only happens in case of reverse proxy environment. In case of proxy request, WebAgent do not decode the URL hence %20 is not decoded as blank and when WebAgent does the string check for valid characters then it find % which is by default is present in the Badurlchars list (%25) hence WebAgent gives 00-0002 error.
