Issue/Introduction

Description:

An error such as the following is received when attempting to start the AutoSys r11 Agent on AIX:

#unicntrl start uajm_agent
ERROR - No CA service entry supplies the requested service (uajm_agent).
Fail to validate this service.
Valid comps are:
CA-CCS
Validation Failed

Solution:

This error is received when /etc/rc.d/uajm_agent is corrupt or missing. This can be replaced with that of a working Agent. Otherwise a reinstallation is required.
