To address the above problem, please follow the procedure below:

  1. On the Domain Manager, ensure that 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\restrictanonymous' is set to 0

  2. Run the following commands on the Domain Manager:
    caf setprop rcmanager setcreds 1
    caf setcreds rcmanager user "domainname\DomAcount" password "accountpwd"

  3. Recycle rcmanager using:
    caf stop rcmanager
    caf start rcmanager
