Issue/Introduction

Description:

A Websphere started task ACID is trying to issue console commands and getting:

IKJ56644I NO VALID TSO USERID, DEFAULT USER ATTRIBUTES USED
IKJ55305I USER xxxxx DOES NOT HAVE CONSOLE COMMAND AUTHORITY.

Solution:

The Websphere started task ACID needs at least 1 TSO field (i.e. TSOLPROC) added to it for the TSOAUTH(CONSOLE) permit to work. This will cause the TSO information to be extracted from the acid in CA Top Secret.
