Issue/Introduction

Description:

When users try to bring up ServiceDesk web page they get the following errors pop up.

  1. Can't find ahdtop in menubar.htmpl.

  2. No ahdtop!

Solution:

This happens if we bookmark the already logged in session. The bookmark it contains the bopsid from the previous session and SD will not consider that session as authenticated and generate the error. The JavaScript on the client side generating that error and restarting the session should take care of the problem. Delete bookmark, launch web client session, logout, delete everything from the url except http://servername/caisd/pdmweb.exe and bookmark this url.
