LDM0521E message after copying Balancing from one LPAR to another.

Issue/Introduction

You have moved Balancing from one LPAR to another and configured it properly. Now when you launch the started task you get the message:

LDM0521E File server request failed - code=11 ddname=INBFMCR RC=64 reason=640

Resolution

Balancing requires update authorization to its database. If you do not have the appropriate authority, you will get the following error message:

LDM0521E File server request failed - code=11 ddname=INBFMCR RC=64 reason=640

The message may come from Common Services or your security product. It occurs when the task tries to open the MCR dataset. Check your security authorizations (Top Secret, ACF2, and RACF). You need update authorization to the Balancing database.
