Issue/Introduction

Description:

Users will encounter errors trying to initialize a User Started Request pointing to the same SAVEIFI data set from multiple Data Collectors-

DBG36007E SSID 07:59:30 DYNALLOC ERROR. RETURN CODE 0004 ERROR CODE 0210 INFO CODE 0000.
DBG36011E SSID 07:59:30 ALLOCATION FAILED FOR DDNAME DBGxxxxx.
DBG04002E SSID 07:59:30 FAILURE IN ADDING REQUEST TO ACTIVE LIST
DBG04001E SSID 07:59:30 SYNTAX ERROR IN REQUEST; NOT STARTED
DBG55093E File allocation error has occurred during START

Solution:

When a User Started Request starts, qualification is specified with 'Save Trace Data. Y', multiple Data Collectors cannot share the same SAVEIFI data set. Each Data Collector must have its own SAVEIFI linear data set defined.
