Issue/Introduction

Question:

The documentation states that output from a current TSSCFILE run is needed to run the COMMANDS report in CA Cleanup For Top Secret. If the TSSCFILE output is older than the current data in the CA Cleanup For Top Secret database, will it even produce a commands report?

Answer:

Yes, a COMMANDS report will be generated even if the TSSCFILE output is older than the current data in the CA Cleanup For Top Secret database, however, the COMMANDS report will be out of date. The recommendation to have current TSSCFILE output is to make sure all the commands generated will work. If the TSSCFILE output is old and doesn't match what is on the current security file, there is a chance some of the commands will fail.
