Issue/Introduction

When trying to access bi using BI Launch Pad button the following error appear in stdlogs:

17/01/17 17:05:00.32 <SERVERNAME> web:local 9908 ERROR session.c 11580 <driver>:\PROGRA~1\CA\SERVIC~1\bopcfg\www\htmpl\pda\employee does not exist

Cause

The Application is trying to find the employee directory when login but is not present but is not present in the environment.

No root cause found.

Environment

SDM 14.1.X

Resolution

After creating <driver>:\PROGRA~1\CA\SERVIC~1\bopcfg\www\htmpl\pda\employe the error in logs won't appear again.
