Issue/Introduction

Description:

When an account gets locked it can be verified in SiteMinder as locked, however, when you go into Identity Manager, Roles and Tasks, choose the Unlock Task, Select Users and search for the User ID - No results are returned.

The problem occurs when logged into Identity Manager as a non-etaadmin account and using a custom unlock task, the locked out User does not get returned in the search.

Solution:

The User Enabled State Attribute is not meeting the search criteria, which was set to 2 (you will likely see the value-16777218).

To Resolve this issue:
Reconfigure the search criteria to Enabled State Not Equal to 0.
