Issue/Introduction
The PTHRESH control option controls the maximum number of logon attempts with an invalid password before an ACID becomes suspended. Can the PTHRESH control option be set so the counter is reset after 24 hours?
Resolution
No. The counter is not reset until the user signs on successfully or an administrator issued a TSS REPLACE command to replace the password.
