Issue/Introduction

Description:

Having installed CA InfoRefiner or CA InfoTransport Version R12 SP0 and the CTRANS dataset is missing from the installation.

The CTRANS dataset is no longer required as of r12.

Solution:

Prior to version r12 ,the CTRANS file was only created for the InfoRefiner & InfoTransport products and was not needed for other CA DB2 Products.

CTRANS contained the C runtime library for SAS C.
As of r12, there is no longer a CTRANS dataset for any CA DB2 Products, including InfoRefiner & InfoTransport.

We switched from SAS C to IBM C for r12.

Please check your highlvl.PARMLIB member DSNAMExx and remove any CTRANS references if still present.

Also model MJBPMDLA in highlvl.MODEL should be used instead of MJBPMDL as it does not include the CTRANS data set.
