How to Customize CMDB Relationships display settings in Visualizer?

Issue/Introduction

Description:

The following are the steps to customize the CMDB Relationships in Visualizer.

Solution:

Click on Start >> All Programmes >> CA >> CMDB Visualizer >> Admin Console.

• Login to the Admin console with either the Administrator or the Servicedesk user id.
  Once logged in the Admin Console click on the Relationship Style on the menu bar.
  
  
• On the left side you would be seeing a list of the Relationships.
  Select the relationship for which you would like to change the Display.
  
  
• Once the Relationship is highlighted, On the right side select the desired colour from the Relationship Color Tab and select the line width from the Line weight field.

Once done click on save.

You will have to restart the CA Service Desk/CMDB services to get this effective.
