Clarity: 'Actual for Labor Resources' show seconds on Project List View.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

If you configure 'Actual for Labor Resources' to display as a new TSV field on the Project List View, the actuals are displayed in seconds rather than hours. The same field configured as a regular column on the Project List View also display in seconds.

The same steps performed on Project Hierarchy either Financial or Effort Rollup portlet, will result in correct display of this field in hours.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. From the Project List View, click on 'Actions'->'Configure'->Fields->'New'->Time Scaled Value.
   
   
2. Move 'Actuals for Labor Resources' from Available to Selected column for 'Value Attributes'.
   
   
3. Enter a name for this new column, for example: 'ALR', for 'Column Label'.
   
   
4. Select Month for 'Time Scale'.
   
   
5. Enter a number such as 6 for 'Number of Time Periods'.
   
   
6. Select a Rolling Date, such as 'Start of Current Year'.
   
   
7. Select the check box for 'Show Column Label' and (optional) 'Show Legend Column'.
   
   
8. Click Submit, then Save and Exit.
   
   
9. Back on the Project List View, examine the display of 'ALR', and the column 'Actuals for Labor Resources'.

Expected Result: column ALR displays actuals in hours per month, for example '16' for Feb 08; column 'Actuals for Labor Resources' displays total actuals in hours, for example '80' for the whole project 'A Test Proj'.

Actual Result: column ALR displays actuals in seconds per month, for example '57,600' for Feb 08; column 'Actuals for Labor Resources' displays total actuals in seconds, for example '288,000' for the whole project 'A Test Proj'.
