While loading the database either through Spectrum Control Panel (or) through the command line, the below error is observed:
Check the SSdbload.exe binary (Path: $SPECROOT/SS-Tools), if it is 0 (zero) bytes in size (or) if the Date Modified time is other than the Date Modified
time of the other files present in the same Path, i.e. $SPECROOT/SS-Tools, the SSdbload.exe binary has gone corrupted
-> Copy the SSdbload.exe from a working SpectroServer (running the same Spectrum Release) to the SpectroServer with issue
-> If a working SpectroSERVER of the same release is not available, you would need to reinstall Spectrum
