Description

Requisition Request Results page Delete button is not available with Project - Attach Requisitions Resources and Resource - Hard Booked rights.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a user and give them Project - Attach Requisitions Resources and Resource - Hard Booked global rights.
2. Create a project with roles.
3. Create requisitions for the roles.
4. Log in as the new user.
5. Go to the projects Requisition page.
6. Add resources to a requisition.
7. View the Requisition Request Results page.

Expected Results: To have the Delete button available to remove the resource.
Actual Results: The Delete button is not available, but the Add, Book and Propose buttons are available.

Solution

Workaround:
Give the user 'Project - Create/ Edit Requisitions' security access right.
