Workload Automation jobs on Windows 2008 64bit fail.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

When running from the Command prompt the environment variables are set up for a 64bit machine.

The executable/binary fails to run from CA Workload Automation, but runs from Windows cmd prompt.

Solution:

The CA WA agent for Windows 2008 is a 32 bit application. When it executes a 64bit binary or Windows app, it does not use 64 environment variables.

In order to get CA WA job to use 64bit, declare the variables in the job.
