Issue/Introduction

Description:

Web Screen Painter is not working after we changed the @NX_WEB_CGI_URL to point to a secondary server from the primary server. We would like the URL sent out to users/analyst to point to the secondary server as well web screen painter work on the primary server.

Solution:

Add the parameter @NX_WSP_CGI_URL=http://hostname/CAisd/pdmweb.exe in NX.env below the line containing @NX_WEB_CGI_URL and recycle the Service Desk services.
