How to launch the DSM Explorer pointing to the desired Domain Manager or Enterprise Server?

Issue/Introduction

Instead of launching the DSM Explorer from the Windows GUI, waiting for it to connect to the default manager and then pointing it elsewhere, you can launch the DSM Explorer to connect to the desired Manager directly using the command below:

dsmgui manager:<managerName>
