When checking out my file I am getting this error:
E03020028: The File Agent error for item ... : Permission denied or the file is being used by another process. .What is causing this and how do I correct it?
This error message normally happens when Harvest tries to check out a file that already exists in the Client Path directory, and either the "read-only" property on the file has not been set, or that file is being controlled by another program on the computer. Another common cause is when the userid and password used to login with the Harvest Agent does not have permission to write to the directory specified by Client Path, or possibly does not have permission to create subdirectories under the Client Path directory.
You should check in the Client Path directory to be sure the file is either set to read-only or has been deleted, and then check the permissions on the Client Path directory to be sure they are appropriate. If subdirectories must be created to write the file out to Unix, you might also check to be sure you have the appropriate permissions to create directories.
