We're having errors like the following with AgentInstance objects :

[XPSLDAP.cpp:1141][CXPSLDAP::Create][ERROR][sm-xpsxps-01080] Error occurred during "Add" for "xpsXID=CA.SM::[email protected]com-2/0xt\+V2\+ZX5yvJcB8bo6SdSg2Xh6yLhrgiJtPjW\+rs\=,ou=XPS,ou=policysvr4,ou=siteminder,ou=netegrity,o=sso", text: Invalid DN syntax

After we disabled the Agent Discovery feature, we are still seeing those errors. Why is this happening and how can we fix this?

The errors are still appearing as the data is still in the Policy Server cache, and as long it is in the cache, the Policy Server will try to insert the object in the Policy Store.

Policy Server : R12.52 SP1

Restarting the Policy Server to clean its cache solved the issue.
