What files need to be modified to change the Logos within Clarity?

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Our company would like to customize the look and feel of Clarity for our users and would like to know what files need to be edited for this purpose.

Solution:

Important: It is recommended to stop Clarity services before proceeding to prevent any data loss.

  1. Log out of the Clarity application. Close your browser window.

  2. Go to the Clarity Home directory and back up the following files by renaming their extensions to *.bak within their respective directories:

    Here are the files needed:
    webroot/ui/evolution2/xsl/login_en.xsl

    webroot/ui/evolution2/xsl/page_en.xsl

    webroot/ui/css/DefaultScreen.css

    webroot/ui/themes/default/images/Login.gif

    webroot/ui/themes/default/images/Brand.gif

    META-INF/personal/vxsl/aboutPage.xsl

    META-INF/personal/xbl/aboutPage.xbl

    META-INF/personal/pmd/personalize.xml
  3. Replace the following files with the desired ones.

  4. Start Clarity Services.

  5. Log into Clarity and test your file.
