Issue/Introduction
Client wanted to send email notification using command line by attaching a documents.
Environment
CA Service Management 17.X
Resolution
pdm_mail command is used to send email notification from command prompt.
Specifying Multiple Recipents for any email notifiction using pdm_mail is not possible.
Only one Email ID is permitted. However you may specify Email id of DL (Distribution list).
Attaching any Document is not supported yet by pdm_mail command.
