Issue/Introduction

Description:

After installing CA Top Secret 14.0 using CA MSM (CA Mainframe Software Manager), the following error is received when IPLing:

Solution:

These errors are most likely the result of installing CA Top Secret 14.0 selecting PDS/E datasets for the CAILPA library.

LPA type libraries cannot be PDSE libraries. This is not a CA Top Secret restriction, but a z/OS one.

CA Top Secret needs to be reinstalled with CA MSM using PDS libraries.
