Issue/Introduction

Description

There is a process to silently uninstall the web agent on a windows machine. This applies to the v6 version of the web agent and beyond.

Solution

{NETE_WA_ROOT}\install_config_info\nete-wa-uninstall\uninstall.exe -i silent

Also if the product was installed in silent mode then the manual uninstall through Add/Remove Programs will be silent. You can check at the following location;

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Netegrity

(Or CA) SiteMinder, Web Agent.
