When I submit an Endevor EINE batch Retrieve, no job is submitted to the JES queue.

Issue/Introduction

When I submit an Endevor EINE batch Retrieve, receive the message "Batch job submitted with 1 action requests " but no job is submitted to the JES queue.

Environment

All supported versions of CA Endevor Integration for the Natural Environment (EINE)

Cause

EINE uses the Natural NATRJE utility to submit the batch jobs to the JES queue. The RJE buffer needs to be defined in the Natural nucleus used with EINE.

Resolution

In the Natural CICS or TSO nucleus used with EINE, ensure that the RJESIZE macro is coded -

NTDS  RJESIZE,xx
