Clarity: On projects and tasks, the charge Code field displays all charge codes, including those open for time entry.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

When the Charge Code field is set to Type Pull-Down then on a project/tasks all charge codes will display, including charge codes not open for time entry. If you change the charge code Type to browse then the charge codes not open for time entry is filtered out.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In Admin Tools go to Object > Project and click on Views.
   
   
2. Click on Fields to the right of Project Properties.
   
   
3. Click on the Properties icon to the left of Charge Code.
   
   
4. Change the Display Type to Pull-Down.
   
   
5. Click Submit.
   Note: you may have to publish the views.
   
   
6. Navigate to a project and find the Charge Code field.
   
   
7. Click the drop down and view the list of charge codes.

Expected Result: to only see charge codes that are open for time entry.
Actual Result: you see all charge codes, including [Migrated charge Code].

Solution:

WORKAROUND:
Set the Charge Code field to display as Type Browse.
