Agents Are Not Listed In The Portal

Issue/Introduction

In the Portal the Agents are listed on the Home page but not in the Settings->Agents section.

Home Page: Agents are listed with the broker in the Agent section on the right.

Cause

Invalid property in one of the properties files. 

Environment

All supported DevTest platforms.

Resolution

In the properties files, find and comment out the invalid property.

Restart the broker and portal components.
