Issue/Introduction

Description:

Due to new processing options such as Service Desk support, logstream recording support, MAXFILESONVOL, and TRTCH, you must convert the SCDS when upgrading.

Solution:

The SCDS must be converted by running a backup and restore of the SCDS file. For additional information refer to Installation Guide section 4.2 Step 2. Review Conversion Considerations.
