Issue/Introduction

Description:

Asset Track errors when publishing Assets after UAPM upgrade with the following message.

"Server was unable to process request. ---> Object cannot be inserted because it is a duplicate."

Solution:

UAPM and Asset Track use the API (Application Programming Interface) to add assets to the shared database. The API consists of a set of DLLs which are updated whenever a UAPM upgrade occurs.

Asset Track support must be contacted for a new set of DLLs that make up the API as they must be replaced independently anytime a UAPM upgrade occurs.
