CA Network Flow Analysis (NetQos / NFA)

Issue/Introduction

Orphaned devices that show up in NetOps Portal and were tracked back to the NFA.

Checked the reporter.routers table on the NFA Console and empty sets are being returned for my queries.

Environment

RA/NFA

Cause

Devices were deleted from NFA but are still showing up in NetOps Portal

They are orphaned devices that they are unable to delete from NetOps Portal.

Resolution

On the Harvester:

Verified that none of the devices existed in any of the harvester.interfaces and harvester.routers tables.

On the NFA console:

Truncated the "reporter.agent_definitions_deleted" table.

Then restarted the services.

Ran a full sync from NetOps Portal and the devices were gone.
