Issue/Introduction

Description:

After upgrading policy server 12 from CR04 to SP2, we are unable to log into the FSS.

Following message is given:

"Siteminder Administration (Version 12.0,Build 186) mismatches the Policy Server (Version 12.0,Build 603).
Please clean up your browser cache before proceeding."

We tried:

  • Cleaning browser cache
  • Cleaning jvm cache

but the message is still here.

Solution:

You need to upgrade product settings to the current release. This can be done with the following command:

smreg -upgrade
