The below URL directly brings up the Configuration Item Detail page for a specific CI in Service Desk:

http://servername/CAisd/pdmweb.exe?OP=SEARCH+FACTORY=nr+SKIPLIST=1+QBE.EQ.name=test_CI

Replace servername with the hostname of your Service Desk server.
Replace test_CI with the name of the Configuration Item you want to view.
