DLP - Is the XML Bloomberg Instant Messenger (DirIBXML) format supported for Import?

Issue/Introduction

Description:

Bloomberg advised in 2006 that they intended to replace their "Unified" Instant Messenger (IM) format (a short format dump file of Bloomberg messages) with a proprietary XML format for Instant Bloomberg messages. The XML Bloomberg IM (DirIBXML) format is supported in Orchestria 5.0 onwards.

Solution:

Support for this format is not included in the 5.0 Documentation but full details are included in the 6.0 Deployment Guide (Document ID G01486-1E) and 12.0 Deployment Guide (Document ID G01498-1E).
